Return & Refund Policy

Our policy on cancellations, returns and refunds.

This policy explains how cancellations, returns and refunds work for orders placed on slidingwindow.cloud ("the Website"), operated by Samadhana Source Distributors Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai. Please read it carefully before placing an order.

1. Nature of Our Products

Most of our products — including windows, doors, blinds, mosquito nets and invisible grills — are made-to-order as per the size, material, glass and finish you select. Because each item is custom-built for your space, returns are limited as explained below.

2. Order Cancellation

1. You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided production has not yet started, by contacting our support team.
2. Once a custom product has entered production, the order cannot be cancelled, as materials are cut to your specifications.
3. Standard (non-customized) items may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

3. Returns & Replacements

We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

1. The product delivered is damaged or defective.
2. The product received is different from what you ordered (wrong size, material or item).

To raise a request, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. Our team will verify the claim and arrange an inspection where required.

Custom-made products that are correctly manufactured as per your selected specifications are not eligible for return on grounds of change of mind, incorrect measurements provided by the customer, or personal preference.

4. Refunds

1. Once a return or cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
2. Refunds are usually completed within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
3. For approved cancellations before production, the full amount paid is refunded. Where partial work or materials have been used, applicable charges may be deducted.
4. Any payment gateway or transaction charges, where applicable, may be deducted as per actuals.

5. Non-Returnable Situations

1. Damage caused after delivery due to misuse, improper handling or incorrect installation by a third party.
2. Minor variation in color, texture or finish that is normal for the product.
3. Products altered, modified or repaired by anyone other than our authorized team.
