Samadhana Source Distributors Pvt. Ltd. supplies windows, doors, blinds, mosquito nets, invisible grills and related home solutions, along with customization, installation, repair and refurbishment services.

2. Many products are made-to-order based on the size, material and finish you select. The final price is calculated from these options.
3. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.
4. We make every effort to display accurate information, but slight variation in color, finish or measurement may occur.

3. Orders

1. An order is confirmed only after successful payment and order acknowledgement from us.
2. We reserve the right to accept, decline or cancel any order, including due to stock, pricing errors or inability to deliver to your location.
3. For customized products, please review your selected size and specifications carefully, as these cannot be changed once production begins.

4. Payments

Payments on the Website are processed through trusted third-party payment gateways. We do not store your complete card or banking details. By making a payment, you agree to the terms of the relevant payment provider. All transactions are subject to verification.

5. Delivery & Installation

2. Installation, where opted, is carried out by our trained team after order confirmation and scheduling.

6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy. Please read it before placing an order.

7. Warranty

Warranty, where applicable, covers manufacturing defects only and is subject to the terms provided with the product. It does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, improper handling or normal wear and tear.
